Sponsors and vendors: pipeline and outreach

Sponsor and vendor leads from Instagram become company profiles automatically. Each company has its deals, a timeline of every email, DM, call and meeting, and next steps.

Deals

• Move a deal through the stages: prospect, contacted, replied, meeting, proposal, negotiating, won or lost.
• Track the estimated and signed amounts, the package, comp tickets and when they'll decide.
• Click Read the conversation: paste their latest email or DM (or let it read the timeline and their Instagram DMs) and it pulls out the amount, package, dates, contact and next step. You tick what to save.

Add contacts from an email

In New opportunity click Fill from an email, or on a company page click From an email. The best way to copy an email from Gmail: open it, click ⋮, Show original, Copy to clipboard, then paste. Selecting all (after Expand all) also works, but Cc'd people come through without their email. You can also drop a downloaded email file. Crustomer finds everyone in it, reads their signatures, and pairs each person with their company by email domain, website or company name. You review the list, change anything, and save. The email is logged on each company's timeline.

Outreach

Click Email or Instagram DM on a company to get a message from your templates, filled in with their name and your event. AI rewrite tailors it to them using past deals. Sending opens your own email or Instagram, and it's logged on the timeline.

The Sponsorship dashboard shows the whole pipeline, what's due, who's going cold and your goals per event.
