Before you ask.

Is there a free trial?

Every new workspace gets 14 days before billing starts, mostly for setup. Most businesses start with a setup call so those days count.

Is there a contract?

No. It's month to month: cancel any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. The yearly plan is paid up front.

Is there a discount for paying yearly?

Yes. Pay for the year up front and it's $1,490 instead of $1,788, so two months are free.

What does the setup fee cover?

Getting your business into Crustomer properly: importing your Instagram history, guest lists and sponsors, matching duplicates, and setting up templates and pipelines. White-glove adds data cleanup and team training.

Do you take a cut of my payments or ticket sales?

No. Invoice payments go straight to your own Stripe account, with Stripe's standard processing fees. We never touch your ticket sales.

How many contacts can I have?

As many as you like. You pay for the plan, not the size of your list.

How does Instagram connect?

Through Meta's official API for Instagram professional accounts. You never share your password, and nothing is scraped.

Can I get my data out?

Yes. Export your contacts any time on a paid plan. If you leave, you have 30 days to export before your data is deleted.
