Send an email blast

1. Go to Marketing → Email blasts and click New email.
2. Pick who gets it with the same filters as your contacts list (market, event, where they came from, events attended).
3. Write it. Use {first_name} to greet each person by name.
4. Send yourself a test, then send.

Landing in the inbox, not spam

• Personal style (the default) looks like a normal email from you: no heavy design, no tracking. It lands in the main inbox most often.
• Newsletter style adds your logo and colors and tracks opens and clicks.
• The inbox check flags things spam filters dislike (ALL CAPS, lots of links, link shorteners, "!!").
• People who got 5 or more of your newsletters and never opened one are skipped by default, which keeps your sender reputation strong.
• New senders start slow and ramp up over about two weeks; anything over the day's limit simply goes out the next day.

Unsubscribes are handled for you: every email has an unsubscribe link, and people who use it are never emailed again.

Only email people who gave you their email and expect to hear from you. Before each send you confirm that; it protects your account and everyone else's.
