Texting your list
1,000 texts a month from your own number.
Crustomer texts from a local number registered to your business. Carriers require that registration, and we handle it with you; texting turns on once it's approved.
The rules we follow for you
- Only people who opted in to texts get them.
- Texts only go out between 11am and 8pm Eastern.
- No one gets more than 3 texts from you in a day.
- Every text names your business, and a person's first text says how to opt out.
- Anyone who replies STOP is never texted again.
More texts
After the 1,000 included each month, buy a pack in Settings → Texting: 2,500 for $50, 10,000 for $175, 25,000 for $375. Packs last 12 months.
