Set up your workspace

Your workspace lives at your own address, like yourbusiness.crustomer.us. Everything your team does happens there.

Use the setup guide

Open Settings → Setup guide. It asks about your business, your events or jobs, your goals and who you want to reach, then walks you through connecting your tools. You can leave and come back; it remembers where you were.

1. Add your business details and brand (logo, colors) under Settings → Brand.
2. Connect Instagram under Settings → Instagram connection.
3. Bring in your contacts: ticket platforms, guest lists, spreadsheets.
4. Invite your team under Settings → Team.
5. Check the launch checklist at the end of the guide.
