Contacts → Follow-ups is a ranked list of who to message today:

• Hot list: people most likely to buy or book, based on their messages and what they've done.
• Waiting on you: people who messaged last and haven't heard back.
• Going cold: interested people you haven't talked to in a while.
• Worth one more try: people who never answered, shown when you have an event coming up that you've marked to promote.

Each person has a Draft button that writes a message in your voice. Nothing is ever sent for you: you read it, edit it and send it yourself.
