Ticket platforms: Posh, Eventbrite, DICE and more

Settings → Ticket platforms connects where you sell tickets. Every order becomes a contact, is added to the right project, and counts toward its ticket sales as it happens.

• Posh: copy your Crustomer webhook link into Posh's webhook settings. New orders arrive within seconds.
• Eventbrite: connect with your Eventbrite login or a private token. Past attendees come in, and new orders arrive automatically.
• DICE: paste your DICE API token. Orders are checked every few minutes.
• Partiful, Bubbl, Shotgun and others: export your guest list as a CSV and import it; the Ticket platforms page shows exactly how for each.

Crustomer matches each platform event to your project by name and date. If it guesses wrong, pick the right project in the platform events list.

Refunds and cancellations stop counting toward the project's sales automatically.
