Sync with iPhone and iCloud

Crustomer on your iPhone

1. Open Calendar in Crustomer and tap Sync with iPhone & iCloud.
2. On the first tab, tap iPhone, iPad or Mac: tap to subscribe, then Subscribe.
3. Jobs, tasks, meetings and due dates show in Apple Calendar and keep updating about every hour.

Your iCloud calendar in Crustomer

1. On your iPhone, open Calendar and tap Calendars at the bottom.
2. Tap the ⓘ next to the calendar, turn on Public Calendar, tap Share Link… and Copy.
3. In Crustomer, Calendar → Sync with iPhone & iCloud → Your calendars in Crustomer, paste the link and tap Link.

Its events show in teal for everyone in the workspace, read-only. Edit them on your phone or Mac; changes show in Crustomer within about 5 minutes. Google's secret iCal address and Outlook's published calendar link work the same way.

A public iCloud link can be opened by anyone who has it. Link a work calendar, not a personal one, and turn Public Calendar off to cut it off.
