AI reply drafts
A first draft of your reply, written the way you write.
In the Instagram inbox, click Draft a reply. Crustomer reads the conversation and writes the next message in your voice, based on messages you've sent before.
- It never invents prices, dates or links. Anything it doesn't know shows up as a placeholder like [ticket link].
- It only mentions events you've marked to promote.
- Nothing is sent automatically: the draft fills the reply box for you to edit.
AI features share your workspace's monthly AI budget. You can switch AI off under Settings → Instagram connection.
