Which platform each guest came through

Every guest on an event remembers where they got in. Ticket platforms you connect set it automatically. For guest lists, pick the platform when you add the list.

1. Events → New event: add the attendance list (CSV) and pick its ticket platform. Or open an event later and use Add an attendance list.
2. Not in the list? Choose Other (type it). Crustomer saves it, so it's in the dropdown next time.
3. Importing from Contacts → Import works the same way; a file named after its platform (like partiful-guests.csv) is picked up on its own.

Lists you already uploaded

Contacts → Guest lists shows every list you've uploaded, by event, with a platform dropdown on each. Pick one and it's saved for every guest on that list. Tick several lists to set them at once. Each event's page shows its own lists the same way.

Skip people a platform can reach for free

Partiful and similar platforms let you message your guests for free. In a text or DM queue, pick the event and choose "Leave out Partiful guests": your paid texts go only to everyone else. "Came through" does the opposite.
