WhatsApp messages
Send a list of people a WhatsApp message from your own WhatsApp.
Messages → New campaign → Channel: WhatsApp. Write the message, pick who gets it (the same filters as texts) and build the list. Each person opens in WhatsApp with the message already filled in: tap send, then Sent, and the next one comes up. It works on your phone and on WhatsApp for desktop.
It goes from your own WhatsApp, so there's no cost, and only people who agreed to hear from you by text are included. Keep it to people who expect you: WhatsApp limits accounts that get reported as spam.
Sending automatically through the WhatsApp Business API needs Meta business verification and has per-message fees; it can come later.
