Story lists
Who replied to or watched a story, turned into a DM list.
Contacts → Story lists shows every story people replied to or reacted to, with what they said. It reads your DMs, so it includes your history from the Instagram data download.
Viewers
Instagram doesn't share who watched a story with any app. To add viewers, open the story on your phone, swipe up to the viewer list and take screenshots (scroll for more). Add them on the story's page: AI reads the usernames and you check them before they're saved. You can also type usernames.
Make a DM list
Write the message ({first_name} fills in their name), choose replies, viewers or both, and click Make a list. It opens as an Instagram queue in Messages: copy & open each one, or schedule it.
Still stuck? Write to hello@crustomer.us and a person answers.
