Use Crustomer in Claude, ChatGPT or Grok

Add Crustomer to Claude (or another chat app that takes MCP connectors) and you can ask it things like "Who should I follow up with today?" or "Import this event plan into Crustomer as a project". It reads your leads, follow-ups and projects, and can add leads, notes, projects, tasks and budget lines. It can't message anyone or delete anything, and it asks before adding.

1. Easiest: open Settings → API keys and click Connect Claude, Connect ChatGPT or Connect Grok. Crustomer copies the address, opens the app's connector page and shows the steps for that app.
2. Claude: Customize → Connectors → Add → Add custom connector. Name it Crustomer, paste https://crustomer.us/api/mcp, click Continue, then Add and Connect.
3. ChatGPT: open Plugins → Add → Create MCP App. Name it Crustomer, paste https://crustomer.us/api/mcp, keep Authentication on OAuth, tick "I understand" and click Create, then Continue to Crustomer.
4. Grok: go to grok.com/connectors → New Connector → Custom and paste https://crustomer.us/api/mcp.
5. Crustomer asks you to sign in, pick the workspace and approve. Only owners and admins can approve.
6. It shows under Settings → API keys → Connected apps, where you can disconnect it any time.

Import a Partiful or SweatPals guest list

Partiful and SweatPals don't let other apps pull guest lists, but your AI agent can read the list the way you see it. With the agent connected (and able to see the page, for example Claude in your browser while you're signed in), send it the event link: "Import the guest list from this Partiful event into Crustomer." Each guest is matched or added, put on the event with the platform, and tagged. Ask again any time while the event is open; the same people are updated, never duplicated.

Let your own AI write bios

Settings → Instagram connection → AI sorting → Who does the AI work → My own AI agent. Crustomer then stops using its own AI for sorting and bios, and your agent does it on your AI plan: ask it to write bios for your leads who replied and suggest their lead types.
